An NIH-funded post-doctoral position in human/statistical genomics is available in the laboratory of Dr. J. Danny Muehlschlegel, Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine, Harvard Medical School. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our collaborative research effort, focusing on regulatory genomics and human disease genetics. We are principally interested in understanding how genetics contributes to complex traits, particularly myocardial ischemic injury and atrial fibrillation in humans. Projects include analysis of sequencing data, genomics data, biobank data, and GWAS data. Additionally, we are interested in performing transcriptional network and pathway analysis and detection of disease susceptibility genes/networks. The posi
