Postdoctoral Research Associate (Research Geneticist)
The Neyhart Lab in the Genetic Improvement for Fruits and Vegetables Laboratory seeks an energetic and motivated postdoctoral research associate to join a growing team and investigate predictive breeding in cranberry. The incumbent will lead research related to the use of high-throughput phenotyping and genomewide prediction in cranberry, but will have wide latitude to explore other research projects related to cranberry or blueberry pre-breeding and genetics. The incumbent will be expected to develop research questions, collect data, analyze results, present at local and national scientific meetings, and publish peer-reviewed papers. This position will be based at the Rutgers University P.E. Marucci Center for Blueberry and Cranberry Research and Extension in Chatsworth, New Jersey, th
