For the 2023-24 academic year, the Biology Department at Dickinson College seeks a cell/molecular biologist to fill a full-time, one-year visiting professor position (with the possibility of renewal). Teaching responsibilities may include a 200-level course in Genetics with laboratory, a 300-level course in either Cell or Microbiology with laboratory, and a 400-level seminar in the candidate's area of expertise. Opportunities for student-faculty research, and close mentoring by department faculty, will be available. Ideally, the successful candidate will complete their Ph.D. by June 2023.
