Postdoctoral Position in Plant Reproduction and Breeding
Position Description A postdoctoral position in Plant Reproduction and Breeding is available in the Dazhong Dave Zhao Lab in Department of Biological Sciences at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM). The successful candidate will actively participate in, but not be limited to, the following projects: 1. Develop two-line hybrid breeding methods using genetic engineering tools.2. Study molecular mechanisms underlying cell fate determination during plant sexual reproduction using molecular genetic, biochemical, cell biological, and omics approaches.   Requirements A Ph.D. degree in plant molecular biology, genetics, or a closely related field.
