Junior Faculty Position in Yeast Proteostasis
A federally funded, fully supported junior faculty position (Instructor or Assistant Professor, Research Non-tenure track) is immediately available in the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, at the McGovern Medical School of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. The Morano laboratory studies the proteins and processes involved in cellular protein quality control, protein folding, and stress response in the model eukaryote Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
